For Parents 01

Your child is going to play anyway. The difference is 6 hours of chaotic gaming, or a 3-hour training session with a coach, a goal, and a team of like-minded peers.

Real friends

Not random people online — real friends from the club.

Skills for life

Routine and structure

Safe environment

Sport and tournaments

Clear progress

The child sees the result of their own effort — powerful motivation that carries into other areas too.
Not just a game. A real path to becoming a champion

CS2 training, teamwork, tournaments, and skills that matter far beyond the game.

From first launch to tournaments 02

Every student starts where they are now and grows at their own pace.

FAQ 05

There's no age limit: we train kids, teens, and adults alike — onsite at the club or online from anywhere in the world. If someone is ready to train and improve, we'll find the right group and format for them. Talk to a coach or the club administrator for details.

CyberLab isn't a club — it's a structured academy: every student gets a personal dashboard with a diary that automatically pulls in Faceit stats, a clear 5-stage growth program, a 10-criteria coach assessment, a rating and achievements system, map-knowledge tracking, and even a live leaderboard screen in the club. Parents see real progress at any moment, not just a coach's summary.

Yes. After each coach assessment, an AI-based system writes parents a clear personal summary of the student — what's going well, what to work on — instead of a plain table of scores. It complements the coach's hands-on work in class, not replaces it.

Our coaches are active competitive players who rank among the top players in Kazakhstan by Faceit rating (2500–3000+ ELO), with real tournament and team-coaching experience.

No. We accept any skill level — beginners start in the "Beginner" group, covering basic mechanics, aim, and map positions. After the trial lesson, the coach decides which group — Beginner, Advanced, or Esports — best fits the child.

It's a full 3-hour training session — the same as a regular class, not a short intro. The child and parent get access to a personal dashboard right away, showing the schedule, progress, and everything that happens next at the school.

The group trains on a shared schedule, so a single missed session isn't rescheduled or compensated — payment covers a spot in the group, not the number of sessions actually attended. For a longer absence (illness, etc.), enrollment can be paused — the paid period's end date shifts by exactly the number of days missed.

Yes, and it's a full-fledged format, not a scaled-down substitute for in-club classes: online groups train from anywhere in the world. The school runs its own private Discord server with a bot for schedules and notifications, dedicated voice rooms for each group, and quality screen-share for reviewing gameplay with the coach. Access opens right after payment.

Once a month the whole school goes on a paintball trip or similar activity — same team, same roles as in training. A week before, we collect parental consent in the school's group chat; on the day, there's shared transport from the club to the venue and an on-site safety briefing, followed by a short debrief and photos in the chat. Gear, transport, and organization are included; the trip itself is billed separately — ask your coach for exact pricing and dates.

Yes, you can cancel further training at any time. If you cancel, we refund the amount paid minus the cost of sessions already held and the actual costs of organizing your training (bank processing fees, cost of provided materials) — full terms are in the public offer agreement.
